The Tafea Travel Centre (TTC) is a Not for Profit
organisation founded through a join initiative between the Vanuatu Tourism
Office and local tourism associations. TTC is now being established on Tanna to
provide local Ni-Vanuatu owned tourism businesses with access to online
marketing and bookings facilities while simultaneously assisting destination
marketing and the promotion of all southern Vanuatu tourism businesses. The TTC
is funded within the Tanna Tourism Recovery Project in partnership between the
Government of Vanuatu (GoV), Telecom Vanuatu Limited (TVL) and the Government
of Australia (DFAT).

Criteria:
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Education Certificate IV at APTC or higher
- Minimum three years’ experience in a management capacity within the tourism
industry
- Minimum 5 year sales and reservations experience
- Working Knowledge of MYOB, Reservation Master and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
Desirables:
- Working knowledge of the French language
- Experience managing a website, business Facebook page and/or Instagram.
