Job Description: The Creative Production Leader is a dynamic and creative leadership role within Further Arts to coordinate the day-to-day multimedia production activities of Nesar Studio, and provide multimedia upskilling for crew members. Further Arts is a local community-based organisation in Vanuatu, incorporating the multimedia education and production facility, Nesar Studio in Port Vila with over 150 members, and the Traditional Entertainment & Kastom Sapot (TEKS) Unit in Santo. Further Arts supports and promotes Vanuatu artists, musicians, performers and their cultural activities and products, locally and regionally through network facilitation, festivals, performances, exhibitions, multimedia content creation and education. Criteria: Minimum 2 years' experience in managing and directing multimedia productions, and producing multimedia  Understand the technical processes involved in multimedia production, including filmmaking, TV production, audio production, graphic design & photography  Strong IT skills and applied knowledge of computer software such as Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud  Demonstrated experience working with young people in a mentorship and leadership position  Work effectively, and with diplomacy and sensitivity, with all members of the production team, and with clients/donors, other contributors, and the public  Approachable  High standard of verbal and written communication  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  Fluency in Bislama and English.
