Job Description:
Thornburgh Lawyers is seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years Commercial / Litigation experience to complement our Practice. The role requires admission as a Legal Practitioner in the Republic of the Government of Vanuatu:
  • General conduct of Commercial / Litigious matters
  • Court appearances including mentions and hearings
  • Drafting correspondence and court documents
  • Understands of commercial matters.
      Criteria:
      • Be fluent in English and Bismala - French advantage but not essential
      • Have a strong negotiation and communication skills
      • Be self-motivated and proactive in your approach to getting the work done
      • Bring matters to completion in a matter of timely manner.
