The Organisation | ||
Airports Vanuatu Ltd (AVL) is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airlines operating through it's three airports. AVL enables safe, secure and efficient access to tourism, trade and investment in Vanuatu via the three international gateways at Port Vila (Bauerfield Airport), Luganville (Pekoa Airport) and Tanna (Whitegrass Airport). | ||
The Position | ||
The Human Resource Manager will assist the CEO in strengthening its HR capability through developing and implementing new improved HR policies, processes and systems to support its workforce and ensure compliance with Civil Aviation regulations. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or other relevant field of study. | ||
► Minimum 5 years experience in HR management roles. | ||
► Experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives. | ||
► Fluency in Bislama and excellent English language skills | ||
► Clear Police record | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Experience supporting managers in delivering effective HR solutions. | ||
► Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. | ||
► Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills with managers and staff of all levels. | ||
