Job Description:
Head Chef
required for busy resort restaurant.

Criteria:
Preference will be given to applicants with the following:
- 3 years previous experience as Head
Chef
- Ability to lead a team & work
under pressure
- Be available to work any shift
between 6.30am to 10pm, 7 days per week
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management and stock
control.
