Café Vila is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to complete the
current management team.
Located on Pango Road and part of
Nasama Resort, Café Vila is a restaurant & bar that offers European Asian
Fusion cuisine and delicious cocktails for in-house guests and locals.
Responsibilities
- Take
responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant and bar
- Maintain high standards of quality control in food,
service, hygiene, health and safety
- Set budgets, analyse restaurant and bar
sales levels and profitability
- Organize marketing activities such as
promotional events in conjunction with the Resort Manager & Owner
- Recruit, train, motivate, roster and
supervise staff
- Coordinate the entire operation of the
restaurant and bar during scheduled shifts
- Check daily takings, night audits,
reconciliation of accounts
- Manage stock levels and order supplies
- Analyse daily and monthly stocktake
reports
- Plan and implement menus in conjunction with the Head
Chef and Resort Owner
- Put in place any necessary procedures to increase the
efficiency and productivity of the business.
Criteria:
- Fluent in English
- Successful experience in Business
management or Marketing
- Work independently & Efficiently
- Problem solver & Multi tasks
- Handle pressure
- Creative mind
- Versatile to work in the office, floor,
bar, kitchen
- Handle fast paced situations.
