Job Description:
Hideaway Island Resort is seeking to employ a Head Chef for our busy resort restaurant. Must be proficient in all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, stock taking procedures, costing, function and banquets. Available for shift work. Ni-Vanuatu citizens need only apply.

Criteria:
- 5 years experience in similar role
- Menu planning/Costing
- Stocktaking/Purchasing
- Busy Resort Kitchen offering full restaurant service
- Groups
- Good presentation and in good health.
