Job Description:
Northern Islands Stevedore Company Limited (NISCOL) wishes to recruit a Commercial Manager.
Working closely with the CEO, The Commercial Manager
will be responsible for:
- Examining company procedures and recommending improvements
- Looking for opportunities to grow the business
through new marketing channels and analysing operations and management reports
- Assisting with contract management and commercial
operations; and Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous
improvement.

Criteria:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in business
management and/or related field with very strong organisational and change
management experience and skills
- Experience in corporate governance and a hands on approach to implementing
processes, systems and procedures
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the
ability to effectively interface with senior management, staff, stakeholders
and business clients.
