The Vanuatu Brewing Limited wishes to recruit a qualified person to fill the above Position.
Duties
- The line supervisor is responsible for the bottling
line, the kegging line according to the production schedule and the quality
requirements.
- During a double shift, he is in charge of the brewhouse and the cellar area as
well.
The staff must be able to handle responsibility, leadership and the pressure of
production and quality. The staff must be a proactive force.
Responsibilities
A. Bottling Line
- To ensure that the starting operation follows the
procedure (rinsing, piping, laboratory approval for the beer, pasteurizer
setting, washer bottles solution)
- To ensure the availability of every consumables (crown, labels, glue,
lubodrive, CO2,)
- To ensure that all parameters are achieved before launching ( Bottle washer
temperature and solution, pasteurizer temperature)
- To ensure the presence of the bottling line staff before and during the
operation
- To ensure the respect for the workings instructions, safety instructions and
procedure
- To make sure that the production sheet is filled properly
- To validate all production datas (timing, volume)
- To report to the production manager and/or the maintenance manager for any
abnormality, dysfunction on the bottling area
- To do periodic checking on the line during the operation
- To push the bottling line staff for productivity achievement
- To keep all equipment in good working order
To ensure all operator the routine maintenance of production equipment
- To ensure the ending cleaning of the equipment and the area
- To ensure respect for food hygiene of the product.
B. Brewhouse and Cellar Area
- To ensure that the starting operation follow the
procedure ( sanitation, piping, laboratory approval for the beer)
- To ensure the availability of every raw material and consumables
- To ensure the presence of the staff before and during the operation
- To ensure the respect for the workings instructions, safety instructions and
procedure
- To ensure all operator the routine maintenance of production equipment
- To do periodic checking during the operation
- To ensure the cleaning operation of the equipment and the area
- To make sure that the production sheet is filled properly
- To validate all production data (timing, volume)
- To ensure respect for food hygiene of the product
- To keep all equipment in good working order
- To report to the production manager and/or the
maintenance manager for any abnormality, dysfunction.
