Job Description:
Rapid Electrical is looking for a Competent Accounts Person.

Responsibilities: 
  • Implement and supervise accounting and stock control processes to meet company standards for accounting accuracy and periodic reporting to deadline
  • Train and monitor accounts staff to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of all accounting and stock control processes
  • Produce periodic and annual financial and management accounts.
Criteria:
  • Experience in clear report writing
  • Audit preparation and support
  • Sound understanding of retail stock importation and control
  • Ability to manage and reconcile related company and group accounts
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, particularly with Excel   
  • MYOB Premier experienced – non negotiable
  • POS software experience preferred
  • Logical thinker able to take a whole-of-business view 
  • Self – motived and able to work independently.
