Sunset Bungalows restaurant/Bungalow ATE located on second lagoon is looking for a Head Chef.

Criteria:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Resort restaurant
  • Ideally menu and costing experience
  • Potion, stock control and purchasing experience
  • Ability to work and mentor a small team of Chefs
  • Must have contactable references.
