Nasama Resort is seeking
for an experienced Account/Finance Officer to work closely with Management and
Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support / MYOB
- Balance daily transactions of the resort & restaurant
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems
and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity
areas
- Payment follow up
- Support on wages calculation.
Criteria:
- Fluent in English
- Professional knowledge of MYOB is essential
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good administration and organisation skills.
