A Vacancy now exists for a Senior Relationship Manager within the Business Banking Unit, in Port Vila, Vanuatu reporting directly to Head of Business Banking. The successful incumbent must ensure to provide a high standard of professional support to the Head of Business Banking.
The roles and responsibilities of the successful incumbent include:
- Work as One Team to partner collaboratively with other key stakeholders across Retail and the Business Banking and the broader BSP Vanuatu team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and the organisation
- Build the external profile of BSP's brand in Vanuatu through effective community partnerships and external relationships
- Focus on retaining customers through establishing great relationships and retention strategy for existing high value customers
- Actively seek new business opportunities through your proven local market links and your understanding of commercial business will be the key to, earning business and growing your portfolio.
Criteria:
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in banking with specialist knowledge of Commercial Banking
- Proven track record in driving business performance: Developing a strategy that delivers results and leading with passion and commitment
- Established networks across the local commercial segment
- Strong personal leadership capabilities including influencing, courage, resilience, judgement and accountability
- You're energetic, a quick thinker, organized, passionate, ambitious and brimming with self-confidence
- You can actively pursue and introduce new business to customers to BSP. You will use your experience to manage a portfolio of clients who'll turn to you for trusted advice and guidance.
