ActionAid is looking for an experienced Finance and
Admin Officer. This is a part-time role (2-3 days p/w) for 12 months based in
Port Vila but may be extended. The purpose of this position is to coordinate
the financial and administrative affairs of the Vanuatu office, including
financial record keeping, documentation, analysis and monthly and donor
reporting. The Finance and Admin Officer is responsible for implementation of
financial policies and accounting practices of ActionAid, and maintaining
financial records, preparation of cash / bank reconciliation statement and
monthly financial reports.
