TIVR Timber is a leading timber and joinery business
operating at Salili on the Mele Road. We are seeking a dynamic person to join
our dynamic team. No prior knowledge of
the timber and joinery business is essential but it would be helpful.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
- Liaise
with customers to make sure accounts are paid on time
- Reconciliation
of supplier accounts and processing of payments
- Send
out statements
- Enter
LPOs and expenditure in MYOB
- Maintain
and strengthen account relationships with all suppliers and customers
- Resolve
any customer or supplier issues
- Enter
sales in Retail Manager
- Maintain
vehicle register and ensure all vehicles are serviced at regular intervals
- Update
and maintain Asset Register
- Make
recommendations to processes and procedures to achieve company goals.
Other Duties
- Fostering
strong communication between all member of the TIVR Team and uphold high
standards of honesty and integrity in personal conduct
- Other
Duties as requested by Office Supervisor and Manager
- Act
as back up in absence of other admin staff.
