Freshwater Plantation is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Waitress. We are a NEW day tour operator and restaurant on Aore Island (staff transport provided).
Role
- Meet and greet day tour and lunch guests
- Take lunch and drink orders
- Serve lunch and drinks
- Make bar drinks
- Calculate bills and take payment (EPTPOS, cheques, cash)
- Train other staff.
Criteria:
- APTC Certificate III in Hospitality
- Must speak good English
- 5 years experience in Resorts
- Outgoing personality
- Bar experience
- EPTPOS experience.
