Job Description: Lope Lope Lodge in Santo is seeking suitable and qualified person for the following post. Responsibilities: Meet and Greet Customers Escort customers to their tables Present Menu and explain menu Inform customers of daily specials Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request Serve food and beverage ordered Clear tables after meals Stock service areas with service supplies  Perform any other duties as assigned to by department head. Criteria: Have at least 3 years’ experience in a hotel F&B operations  Possess good communications skills Possess strong interpersonal and supervisory skills Have the ability to work with less supervision  Experience in working in a team environment as an active team player  Be willing to work long hours during busy period Have good understanding of POS system Be a Vanuatu citizen living in Santo.
