He must have experience in construction (masonry, electricity, plumbing, tile settling). He will be responsible for 12 employees.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise,
assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances
- Supervise,
assemble pipes sections, tubing and fittings
- Review
blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and
procedures
- Prepare
written work cost estimates and negotiate contracts
- Keep
records of assignment and produce detailed work reports
- Guarantee
the availability of all building equipments
- Determine
and implement the best layout in tiling to achieve a desired pattern.
