Au Bon Marche is currently seeking experienced and qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Chief Cook.
Criteria:
Qualified with more than 6 years' experience in Western food
Specialize in International and Chinese food
Able to manage and train a team of 10 or more staff both bakery & main dishes for their kitchen and culinary skills
Able to work 7 days a week in a busy Supermarket
Speak Fluent English
Self-motivated, reliable, committed and a responsible person to join the team.
