Job Description:
Freshwater Plantation is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Head Chef. We are a NEW day tour operator on Aore Island, Santo. Open 7 days per week for lunch and licensed bar.
Role:
  • Run a kitchen for lunches and licensed bar
  • Able to fully run a kitchen without supervision
  • Daily staff boat & car transport provided from Santo to/from Aore Island.
Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef of a Resort or tourism business
  • Must speak good English and be able to direct kitchen staff.
