Job Description:
The Port Vila Rowing Club (PVRC) is seeking a Club Manager to run the Club on a day to day basis.
Reporting to the Club Captain the Club Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the upkeep of the rowing shed and facilitating the use of the rowing shed by both Club members and by various groups under the different rowing programs run by the Club.

 The Club Manager will also be responsible for continuing to develop the Port Vila Rowing Club into a healthy and competitive rowing club that respects all club members equally and ensures the welfare and safety of its members and the public at all times.

Responsibilities will include: 
  • Welfare and safety of members and public
  • Maintenance of the shed, boats and equipment
  • Coaching (preferred)

Criteria:
  • Ability to work flexible hours is required 
  • Rowing experience not essential but preferred
  • Must be a self starter who can work without immediate supervision.
