Job Description:
The Melanesian Port Vila is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Grill Chef. 

Criteria:
  • Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years working in a busy kitchen 
  • Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene
  • Should be confident within all sections in a kitchen operations
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Be very customer focused
  • Have a good understanding of food cost control 
  • Be able to prepare all food item to order, following standard recipes and procedures with specific time limits.
  • Be able to grill raw and prepped foods to order and requested temperature.
  • Be a team player and work well under pressure.

        		Salary:
