The successful candidate will be expected to assist the Child Desk  Coordinator to implement the Child Protection Programs and Welfare in Vanuatu. Grade: AS 3.5 Areas to be considered This position will be based at the Ministry of Justice and Community Services The Officer will be required to travel within Vanuatu and overseas due to work assignment. Criteria: Knowledgeable in Human rights instruments including the Convention on the Rights of the Child Experience working with children and young people Knowledgeable and Experiences in Child Protection and Child Protection Issues Demonstrated ability and skills in report writing and submission in a timely manner Experience in organizing and facilitating training and community awareness raising programs High Value and Respect for children and young people Tertiary Education in Social Sciences and or related field.
