Job Description: 
Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Project Supervisor for the ongoing projects in Vanuatu.
Missions
To assist the Project Head and Project Coordinator in monitoring and controlling the project deliverables and schedules accordingly.

Duties Include:
  • To manage, coordinate and control end to end the communication concerning the project among the entire stakeholders
  • To conduct job acceptance with contractor/supplier as stipulated by TVL management
  • To supervise the project deliverables in conformity with required quality and standard
  • To compile, collate and file all relevant documentation for the project progressively
  • To monitor, supervise and control the project scope in compliance with agreed contract, specification and standard
  • To follow up the progress of work on site (Tower) from technical site survey to final acceptance stage
  • To coordinate and monitor the work progress in accordance to work plan and make sure the project is delivered to time and schedule
  • To act as TVL liaising officer/ambassador to all the stakeholders involved in the project deliverables
  • To prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly report to the Project coordinator promptly, regularly and back up with pictures
  • To escalate to project coordinator any variance/changes/complexity/clarification in the projects
  • To do any other relevant assignment given by TVL management.

        Criteria:
        • Not less than 5 years’ experience as a project supervisor in construction/telecom industry
        • Exceptional computer literacy (Microsoft word, Power point, Excel & Microsoft project)
        • Highly skilled and experienced in project coordination and acceptance
        • Maturity to communicate effective well with all the stakeholders in the project
        • Must be able to work under pressure
        • Readiness to travel to any part of the island in Vanuatu with short notice.
