| A Vanuatu based electrical company is looking for to fill this Port Vila based role. | ||
| The Position | ||
| The position involves: - Making quotations and responding to tenders - Negotiating with clients - Planning stock orders for construction sites and the shop - Organization of the 5 work teams each of 2 or 3 workers - Managing and checking of works - Commissioning of installations (Alarms, gate motors, UPS, access control, fire detection, etc) - Financial follow up on all jobs - Invoicing and follow up the payments | ||
| Essential Selection Criteria | ||
| ► Electrical engineering degree or licenced electrician with 5 or more years experience | ||
| ► Driving licence | ||
| ► Advanced level MS Office skills | ||
| ► Experience organizing and managing work teams | ||
| ► Excellent written and spoken English | ||
| Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
| ► French and Bislama is an advantage | ||
| ► Experience working in the Pacific Islands or other developing country context | ||
