Job Description:
With seven offices spanning across the Pacific, Kramer
Ausenco is the largest and leading independent professional Project Management
and Engineering Services organisation in the region.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for
an Accounts Clerk/Administration Officer to work with our team in Port Vila.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, developing, maintaining and using an
accounting database system to maintain all transaction and procurement records
- Tracking and expediting payments to suppliers, contractors, consultants and
others
- Preparing and submitting payment invoices
- Book keeping of all expenses, payments and accounts
- Assist in bid compilation
- Answering
telephone inquiries
- Administrative duties including personal assistance to the Country Manager.

Criteria:
- To be successful you must possess a diploma or
certificate in accounting or bookkeeping along with demonstrated administrative
experience
- You will hold at least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and
preferably have worked for donor funded projects including undertaking office
administration tasks.
