Telecom Vanuatu Limited (TVL) is seeking for a Technical Officer Corporate Solution to be based in Port Vila.
Mission
- Promote, participate in the design and implementation of state of
art solution to business customer
- Provide high level of customer service to all our business
customers
Function
- Provide support to the Sales and Corporate team in understanding business
needs and issues through discussion with key accounts and provide appropriate
solutions and services that can be delivered by TVL to meet the customer needs
- Participate in the design of Business solutions that will meet the
requirements of SME, Corporate and Government
- Participate in the implementation of business solutions to our
customers
- Liaise with other account coordinators to deliver a coherent,
unified account management approach across all TVL accounts
- Look for high quality products from different vendors with
quotations, analyze, evaluate and make recommendations
- Produce high quality proposals based on request of customers
- Produce and deliver high quality presentation/ product
demonstrations
- Negotiate with client representatives to reach closure on pricing
and terms
- Follow up of all on-going projects until completion and customer satisfaction
- Enhance customer satisfaction by acting as an escalation point and communication channel for major issues as they arise, and
co-ordinate with all parts of the organization to resolve these issues
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within the TVL
organization, fostering exchange of information and experience at all levels
with colleagues in order to leverage the most appropriate skill as required for
any solutions
- Produce weekly, monthly dashboard on number of visits, leads sales
and project.
Criteria:
Knowledge
- Certificate on Telecommunication engineering or equivalent
- At least one year of professional in Telecommunication field.
Skills
- Fluent English/ French and Bislama
- Good writing and verbal skills.
