The Ministry of Climate Change (MCCA) is seeking to
recruit an Information Systems Management (ISM) Specialist for the National
Advisory Board (NAB) is responsible for designing an effective information
systems framework and web based tool that will link regional, national,
provincial and local level networks in collating, sharing and coordinating
Climate Change (CC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) information and
activities. The ISM Specialist will undertake a review of the current NAB
portal and stakeholder analysis research to build an effective mechanism to
manage and coordinate CC/DRR information, activities, programs, projects and
activities in Vanuatu
Criteria:
- Experience in designing and maintaining information
management systems and tools
- Experience
in the design, use and application of computer software
- Experience working in and or knowledge of disaster management, disaster risk
reduction or the climate change adaption sector will be an added advantage.
