Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Market
& Business Intelligence Analyst to be based in Port Vila.
Marketing Department:
Marketing
department is dedicated in ensuring the TVL brand awareness, monitoring the
market and identifying and developing appropriate products to be launched.
Mission:
The
mission is to analyse revenue and offer’s profitability, define usage’s profit
and analyse market results to ensure the profitability of TVL products and
services, to develop overall medium-term vision of the market and to carry out
the market research that will be used as a basis for developing the service
offering.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Define
and manage KPIs, dashboard and forecast
- Liaise
with the marketing product manager and the finance to analyse revenue and
profitability of TVL offers (Fixe,GSM and Internet)
- Define
and manage customer and segment customer base (size and value).
- Conduct
benchmark on fixe, GSM and Internet, including Competitors
- Manage
and follow up the projects and exchanges with Telecom Regulator upon Management
request
- Be
in charge of specific projects in Marketing Team
- Organize
with the marketing team group and analyse results
- Report
handset rotation stock/turn over
- Initiate
Geomarketing approach
- Assist
Roaming Manager in Roaming business with SIM Audit and Report analysis
- Manage
CRM-Vtiger Trouble Ticketing tool
Functional Relation:
The
market analysis will interact with the rest of the marketing department, the
management (Monthly KPI-Analysis), the technical teams (extraction data-GPTo,
BO, Switch, Vtiger, ZTE, DBS), with the distribution and commercial teams
(performance analysis) and with the financial department (Monthly commercial
and Marketing KPI) including Fraud and Revenue Assurance.
