Job Description:
ANZ (Vanuatu) is accepting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for Fixed Term Telling Positions for its Vila Branch.

In this role you are responsible for maintaining and developing client relationship (medium/Large business) in a multicultural society to sustain profitability by providing  superior customer service, maintaining a detailed understanding of client business and financial service needs, development and actively seeking referrals and developing new client prospects. you will plan, manage and execute a strategy to achieve profit and quality of service superior to competitors in conjunction with Director of emerging corporate & International Banking. you will efficiently and effectively manage small/medium business credit risk by actively identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposure, ensuring data integrity of account and ensuring compliance with group credit and regulatory reporting requirements. you will ensure the sharing of best practice by embracing and supporting change and gaining the commitment of staff through involvement. identify potential process/service enhancement and escalate as appropriate. your also expected to deliver the desire customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer concentric approach that demonstrated passion for identifying and prioritizing the complete financial needs of customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to overall international Banking profitability achieving and seeking to outperform against target
  • Seeking opportunity to educate and facilitate ways to bank with customer
  • Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Attending customer functions as required

Criteria:  
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following
  • 4 or more years of business banking experience in an equivalent role in a large commercial bank or similar enterprise with a proven track record, and the dive to succeed
  • Sound knowledge of Banking procedures, products and service and experience in management of high risk accounts in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured team environment
  • Proven relationship and networking skills
  • Preferable tertiary level qualification and
  • Speak fluently in English, (ability to speak Bislama and /or French is an advantage)
