Job Description:
The corporate Service under the Ministry of Health wishes to recruit a Quality person to the following position. We encourage only those who meet the criteria to apply.


Criteria:
  • Provide financial and budgetary input into the preparation of Development Fund budgets
  • Assist in the preparation of all relevant budget figure/narrative development for MOH Development Fund projects, including proposal to donor, Annual National Program Plan (NPP)
  • Assist in the established and maintenance of adequate procedures, system and resource to ensure effective management and running of MOH Development Fund Projects
  • Monitor all accounting operations related to the MOH Development Fund projects, which include maintaining and managing all accounts, cash receipting, banking and impress, purchasing, payroll, payment and debt collection
  • Assist in the preparation of financial report for donor and stakeholders as requested by F&A Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of Virement between programs, activities and categories for Development Fund projects.
