Job Description:
Wantok Network Ltd is looking for a suitably qualified person to join its team on a short-term contract as part of its radio planning and optimization project in and around Port Vila.

 Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot physical site related issues e.g. External Interference, Path Balance, Main & Diversity, RTWP, feeder swaps etc.
  • Perform onsite surveys to meet RF requirements for new Greenfields and technology upgrades
  • Link Budget Design, Capacity Planning, RF Model Tuning, Frequency & Scrambling Code Planning
  • Perform RF Optimisation and physical changes for KPI performance improvement
  • Drive tests and coverage mapping

        Criteria:
        • Previous RF Network Design & Planning experience with different technologies including GSM/UMTS, HSPA and LTE
        • Good understanding of GSM & UMTS/HSPA & LTE planning and Optimisation
        • Experience with data collection and data analysis tools (spectrum analysis, etc)
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
