Job Description: Oxfam seeks a talented and inspiring Project Manager to facilitate an innovative joint project with several members of the Vanuatu Civil Society Disability Network and in collaboration with the Disability Desk at the Ministry of Justice and Community Services and the National Statistics Office, to promote disability inclusion in disaster management.

Criteria: Minimum three years’ experience in managing high quality donor funded programs Knowledge of disability inclusion, social inclusion and gender equity in development or humanitarian programs  Experience in convening and facilitating collaborative initiatives Management and leadership experience leading diverse teams (internally and externally) Experience integrating gender equity across all aspects of a project Reporting, financial management and language skills in Bislama and English are essential.
