Job Description:
The Vanuatu Red Cross
Society is seeking applications from dynamic and highly motivated persons to immediately
fill the following positions as part of its VRCS team.

Criteria:
Qualification and profile required:
- Post-secondary education
(preferably in a related field), year 10 or above
- Experience working in or with
development organizations/NGOs
- Experience managing volunteers
- Experience
in community work
- Experience
in monitoring & evaluation of project activities
- Familiarity with financial
management processes.
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Excellent computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and control
- Interest
in sharing professional skills as well as learning from others
- Knowledge of the Vanuatu context
- Fluent Bislama required
- Fluent English and/or French required
- Open-minded, dynamic and flexible
- Knowledge of Red Cross movement will be an asset
- Driving license will be an asset
- All Vanuatu
Red Cross staff must agree to and sign the Child Protection Policy and Code of
