Job Description:
Our
firm seeks the immediate service of an experience person to handle the
following within our Vanuatu Accounting Practice and Trust Company.
The
only some of the interesting tasks day to day in this Division of our office
and you will be called upon to do a variety of the other things during a
typical work day.
Duties:
- Acting upon
new client instruction to established Vanuatu International entities and
Banking arrangements
- Supervising
the incorporation and management of International Companies and other license
entities
- The ongoing
Management of such entities for our international client base
- Corporate
administration for these clients owned structure
- Acting on day
to day instructions from clients across a diverse range of activities spread
around the globe
- Reporting to
the Partner in relation to these activities for compliance with Vanuatu laws
etc.

Criteria:
- The person we seek will already
have had exposure to the Offshore Industry at the Bank, Lawyer, Trust Company
or Accountant’s office and possess a good basic understanding of international
corporate business and cross-border transactions (as well a good common-sense
approach to the provision of professional service)
