Duties required:
- Work as one Team to partner collaboratively with other key stakeholder across Retail and the Business Banking and the board Westpsc Vanuatu team to achieve the best outcomes for our customer and the organization
- Build the external profile of Westpac's brand in Vanuatu through effective community partnerships and external relationships
- Focus on retaining customer through establishing great relationship and retention strategy for existing high value customers
- Actively seek new business opportunity through your proven local market links and your understanding of commercial business will be the key to, earning business and growing your portfolio.

Criteria:
- Proven
experience in banking with specialist knowledge of Commercial Banking
- Proven
track records in driving business performance: Developing a strategy that
delivers result and leading with passion and commitment
- Established
networks across the local commercial segment
- Strong
personal leadership capabilities including influencing, courage, resilience, judgment
and accountability
- You're energetic,
a quick thinker, organized, passionate, ambitious and brimming with self-confidence
- You can
actively pursue and introduce new business to customer to Westpac
- You will
use your experience to manage a portfolio of client who'll turn to you for
trusted advice and guidance.
