Assistant Program Manager
Under general direction, assistant program managers support delivery of the aid
program together with implementing partners. The role undertakes a range of
moderately complex program management and administrative tasks.
Criteria:
Essential Requirements: The Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager positions require strong representation, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, represent and negotiate on behalf of the Australian High Commission. Strong written and spoken English is essential and spoken Bislama is highly desirable for all positions.
Qualifications/Experience:
All program manager positions require tertiary qualifications or professional/technical or specialist expertise, knowledge or experience in public policy, development or related sectors.
