Job Description:


Asco Motors is the dominant automotive dealer and distributor supporting Toyota and Yamaha brands in Vanuatu and employs over 70 staff. Asco Motors is looking to recruit an ambitious and highly motivated Yamaha Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Port Vila. The position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly set targets (Units, revenue & GP)
  • Conduct frequent sales/marketing calls to expand the business and grow market share
  • Follow-up customer satisfaction before, during and after sales
  • Conduct timely delivery to customers and the retail network - Santo and outer islands
  • Coordinate regular service clinic to improve customer retention & Yamaha Parts & Service Sales Volumes.
        Criteria:
        • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
        • Good communication skills and be able to interact with our entire customer base
        • Ability to effectively communicate with the manufacturer - Yamaha Japan required
        • Computer literacy and proficiency in ERA, Microsoft Office Suite + Graphic Design experience for minor advertising/promotional work
        • Clean and Driver's license (incl. Motor Bike)
        • We would prefer someone with Marine, Motor and Power Product experience, either sales or technical experience. However, having both and especially Yamaha product knowledge would be advantageous. 

              		Salary:
