Job Description:
We are seeking qualified staff to fill the position of Operation Supervisor. A thorough understanding of all operations and maintenance issues on diesel engine and hydro power plants with specialization in his own trade is required. The successful applicant is required to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operation and maintenance of the power station with an aim to deliver quality & reliable power to the customers with maximum availability and to maximize company profits keeping long and short term goals of the organization in mind.

Criteria:
- Oversees the Operation & Maintenance of the power stations to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation
- Maintain of the power stations in line with the company policies, customer guidelines and general industrial and good engineering practices
- Address all issues pertaining to the power stations to the best of his ability and authority
- Prepares, assist to prepare & oversees preparation of annual power stations budgets, i.e. operating,cash flow and CAPEX and
- Performs any other relevant related duties as assigned by General Manager.
