Industry: Government Organization Location:  Port Vila, Vanuatu Job Hours:1 Year Due Date: 25-Jan-2016 Job Description: The Trade Development Division (TDD) under the Ministry of Tourism, Trade, Commerce and Ni-Vanuatu Business (MTTCVNB), is responsible in managing and facilitating Aid for Trade funds. The TDD wishes to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Finance Controller to join its team on a contract basis for one year. This position is intended to become a permanent Public Service position at the term of this contract.

Criteria: Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria: Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration,  or equivalent academic/professional qualifications A minimum of 2 years work experience in supervising and managing donor fund assistance, coupled with analytical skills and sound knowledge of government procurement and financial procedures Good Computer and reporting skills and a strong financial planning and analysis skills Must be an analytical, strategic and practical thinker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient both in writing, reading and speaking in English or French and Bislama.
