Job Description:
AMPA Financial Investment Centre (AFIC) is currently recruiting for the following post.

This is a full time role within Luganville branch, working as part of a team and playing an important customer officer role in the provision of day to day transaction services to AFIC customers in Luganville and the surrounding communities in Santo.
The role incumbent will support the Branch Manager to ensure the Branch meets its customer’s retail transaction needs in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures.

It is expected that the successful applicant will possess:

        Criteria:
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills
        • Good interpersonal and public relation skills
        • Basic secretarial skills
        • High level of Customer services skills including telephone and email
        • Excellent typing and word processing skills
        • High computer literacy with Microsoft Office
        • Must be able to work in a team
        • Minimal work experience of at least 1 year
        • Be able to meet deadlines
        • Must Work under minimal supervision under his/her superiors
        • Prepared to lead and work as a team member.
