Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of Loans
Officer.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
- The successful person will be responsible for all member enquiries with the
role to provide timely, consistent, efficient and quality service to all fund
customers
- He/she will be responsible for the operations of the loan services section in
the Santo branch office and will be expected to provide leadership and advice
in all facets of loan enquiries and will be responsible for developing work
procedures and devise improvements of services that are consistent and reflect quality
services operations
- The loan officer reports directly to the Branch Manager
- Quality loan services operation compliant with professionals standards
- Accurate documenting, recording, processing, analyzing and evaluating of
financial and loan enquiries
- Timely decision-making and solving of problems on financial and loan enquiries
- Growth to the loan services in SANMA and other provinces in the northern
provinces
- Structured approach and close monitoring of loan customer's performance.
Interested applicant must have the following below requirements.

Criteria:
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, MYOB/Quickbooks,
Basic Computer Features)
- Strong background in banking, lending, sales, customer services, general
business accounting, including how to read financial statements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting and/or Business Management
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in lending,
banking, sales, or customer service; A formal tertiary qualification in
finance, business management, economics, law or a related field may enhance a
candidate’s employment opportunity
- Minimum of 1 Year work experience
- Must be a honest and committed person and/or Christian.
