Cricket Association (VCA) is the national governing body for the game of
cricket in Vanuatu and one of the country’s leading sporting organisations. The association is now welcoming applications for the positions of National Women’s Head Coach based in the nation’s capital, Port
Vila.
The National Women’s Head Coach will be responsible for the running all
aspects of the National Team including, planning and facilitation of all
training sessions, developing the teams tactical and technical abilities,
developing a strong team culture and mentoring young women in cricket and
life. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a national team into competitions
around the world and guide young Women to become top level cricketers. Working
closely with the High Performance Manager this opportunity is for someone
looking for a long term career in cricket coaching.
