Oxfam seeks a
talented and committed Program Manager to manage a team to support the
strengthening and collaboration of civil society organization so that they can
effectively represent the voice of the people in particular, women, young people
and people with disability.
Criteria:
You will have
- Minimum
five years’ experience in design delivery, monitoring and evaluation of
development programs
- Extensive
experience of working with a supporting civil society organization including
capacity building and funding support
- Management
and leadership experience in a complex, multi-cultural environment, leading
diverse teams and stakeholders (internal and external), including the development
of capacity and skills of staff
- Proven
analytical and report writing skills.
Reporting,
budgeting and language skills in Bislama and English are essential.
