Job Description:

The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector Strengthening Program is an Australian Government funded initiative aiming to support provincial economic growth through targeted training services within a national quality system. The Program's Head Office is located in Port Vila and TVET Centres have been established in SANMA, MALAMPA, TORBA and TAFEA provinces.
Applications are now sought for the position mentioned above.
Criteria: 
  • Proven experience in the education and training sector in Vanuatu with strong networks among stakeholders in the sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others and to manage financial operations effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and to be a leader who builds teamwork and helps others to achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective use of IT
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting inclusion - including supporting gender equality and supporting participation of people with a disability.

It is anticipated that this position will commence on 1st November 2015.
