Job Description:

Our resort is growing fast and we need an experienced Resort Management Team. (Husband and Wife preferred.) Responsibilities  Management of all staff including development and undertaking of staff training programs Custody and maintenance of all physical assets  Assisting in development of financial plans and reporting against budgets Development and maintenance of the restaurant and kitchens to a high standard  Oversee and participate in the building of additional accommodation and other infrastructure Ensuring guests have the best holiday of their life.  Criteria:  Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Qualifications and experience in Hotel and Restaurant Management Experience in developing and running training programs  Project management and practical skills for new developments and emergency situations  Business and financial reporting experience A working knowledge of computers and networks, Microsoft Office and management of POS systems An outgoing personality, superb customer skills and the ability to interact with guests when required.
