The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (MIPU) wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of a Quality Assurance Officer.
Criteria:
- Qualification: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Aviation or Engineering
- Special Business Education: Aviation Management, or Engineering with Lead Auditor training and or any related training as per the requirements and responsibilities of the post
- Experience: At least three (3) years experiences in airport management or equivalent; an understanding of ICAO Annexes and SARPs and regulatory framework and other statutory requirements; an understanding of the civil aviation legislation and regulatory framework; an understanding of aviation administrative requirements and management functions within aviation companies.
- Special Skills: Quality and systems oriented; Core Microsoft suite and outlook email, other computer knowledge, related aviation auditing & inspection skills, planning skills report writing skills
- Thinking Style: Communication/Interpersonal Skills; Behavioral Competencies; Analytical & Practical, decisive and has good judgement logical reasoning; Sound written and oral communication; good interpersonal skills, including assertiveness; Punctuation, confident, trustworthy, shows commitment, cooperative, reliable, respectful, diplomatic.
