The Corporate Services for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) wishes to recruit for the following above position.
Criteria:
- Must have a Diploma in Public Administration or Bachelor's Degree
- Must have a special Business Education in Management, Public Administration and Accounting and must have a background in Law or any related field
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in all or some of the above duties and responsibilities that demonstrate very good understanding in procurement of the GCT act and must have the ability to conduct investigations to breaches of tender legislation, recquirements and procedures
- must be having special skills in Management, planning and report writing, liaison, record keeping and computer literate
- Must be an Analytical and practical thinker
- Must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as listening skills
- Must be punctual, honest, reliable, supportive and committed and be able to work under pressure
- Must speak English, French.
