As we are expanding we
invite applications for the role of Call Centre Reservations Officer to be
based at our office in Lakatoro, Malekula.
You will be responsible for answering enquiries from tourists and other
intending visitiors to Malampa Province, converting those enquiries into
bookings for accommodation and tours, liaising with tourism,
operators invoicing, and other office duties.
Criteria:
- Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written French and in
spoken Bislama
- Be
competent in written and verbal English
- A minimum
of 2 years experience as secretary, receptionist, sales or in another customer
service role
- Competent
in the use of word processor, email and web browser computer programs
(e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer)
- Able to
learn new skills under training ad supervision, e.g. use of reservation
software, weekly website editing tools, MYOB, and Excel
- Able to
advise customers and allocate bookings in an impartial manner
- Accurate with numbers and arithmetic and experience with
cash and banking.
