Job Description:


The Espiritu is currently looking for dynamic and qualified individual to join our wonderful team. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
  • Running the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
  • Ensuring kitchen food consistency and ticket time standards are intact
  • Managing food purchasing and storage
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Helping create new recipes and write menus
  • Cooking in the hot section
  • Mise en place.
Criteria:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Passion for cooking
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate your colleagues
  • Willing to work all hours, weekends and public holiday.

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience.

Language:

English, Bislama
